WARRANTY

Primal Grills offers a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects for this product, applicable under normal use and with the original purchase invoice. This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and does not cover labor costs. Warranty Notes: our grills are crafted from durable, commercial heavy gauge 304 stainless steel with over 10.5% chromium for superior corrosion resistance, ensuring they are rust-resistant and built to last. Unlike less durable options like 430, which lacks water resistance, or the cost-effective but rust-prone 201 and 202, our choice of material stands for quality and longevity. There are specific conditions that can still cause issues and are not covered under the Primal Grills USA warranty. Key factors include:

Chemical Exposure: Exposure to aggressive chemicals, alkalis, acids or extreme conditions can lead to rust.
Surface Damage: Scratches can make stainless steel more vulnerable to corrosion by exposing the underlying metal.
Marine Environments: Salt such as in coastal areas, may cause pitting and rust.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To initiate a return for a refund, you must first contact us at 479-619-9550 or jon@primalgrillsusa.com. Returns must be made within 2 weeks (14 days) of the delivery date. To receive a refund minus shipping costs, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in perfect condition with no scratches, dents, or broken parts. It must be returned in its original packaging if bought disassembled, or in a wooden crate if bought assembled, with no missing parts.

Buyer covers original and return shipping costs, plus any additional charges.
We will inspect it upon arrival at our warehouse to confirm you have met these conditions. If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued using the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

If our accessories were included as part of your purchase package or kit, they must be returned and meet the conditions stated above. If they were NOT part of your purchase package or kit, the accessories are non-refundable and non-returnable.

CANCELLATIONS (prior to shipping)

To cancel your order prior to shipping, you must first contact us at 479-619-9550 or jon@primalgrillsusa.com. There is a 5% fee due to our payment service provider. If our Freight Company has already confirmed your shipment and billed us for it, we will deduct the shipping fee.

LEGAL LIABILITY SECTION

Limitation of Liability

Primal Grills USA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors (collectively, the “Company”) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Company's grills, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the grills, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the grill or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the grill, even if advised of their possibility.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Primal Grills USA products, you agree to use the grill in accordance with the safety guidelines and instructions provided in the instruction manual. It is your responsibility to ensure that the grill is used in a safe manner and in a safe environment, following all local fire and safety regulations. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use, negligence, modification, or alteration of the grill by the user.

Warranty Disclaimer

The grills are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. In no case shall Primal Grills USA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of our products or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the product or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the product or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the product, even if advised of their possibility.

Indemnification

As a buyer and customer, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Primal Grills USA and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.
